The Regina Performing Arts Centre relies on volunteers to help keep the Centre operating. Volunteer opportunities include but are not limited to:

- Helping with renovations and maintenance such as painting and cleaning
- Helping with major events such as set up or working in the kitchen or bar
- Working on fundraising projects in a variety of capacities
